what time do you workout ?

7:00 AM to avoid "Every Day Is Bench Day" and "Squating that low will hurt your knees" crowd. Gets my day off right.
 
630-730pm....this allows me to avoid the all day weekend warriors....and the night time tuff bicep crowd
 
I used to workout right after work....5-6pm. Sometimes I wouldnt get in there until late, like 8-9pm.
I found that if i would workout late at night my sleep was restless and i was still tired in the morning. I have never been able to workout in the a.m. ...my ass is to lazy to get out of bed that early.
