what to do in my case..genetic limits have been reached

Stats: 33 years old, 5"11 (give or take), 235, 15% bf
Prev cycles:
cycle #1: dbol only (I was an idiot)
cycle #2: test e 600mg 12 weeks,
cycle #3: test e 600mg 12 weeks,
cycle #4: test e 600mg, primo 600mg both for 12 weeks, t3
cycle #5: test e 1g, primo 600mg, t3
In my situation I am positive I have hit my genetic potential as my last 2 cycles I pretty much ended up back at 235 with the same bodyfat. That being said cycling for me at this point seems to be pointless because I end up back where I started eventually. Im thinking of blasting and cruising. My only concern is during the cruise period is that still more then pct in terms of keeping gains? I want to be 240 but 8% and just maintain that.
Couple things im confused about once I hit that 240 8% is...
1. How would you go abouts blasting and cruising to just maintain your body above its genetic limit but not gain size, or should I just cruise at a higher dose?

2.I always use t3 in my cycles, I have heard people "cruising/little breaks" of t3 and using it year round with there blast and cruise.. for example 6 weeks on t3 and then 2 off at a low dose like 25mcg. Thoughts on this? I have a hard time staying lean and still enjoying life (natural endomorph)
 
Usually you cruise to give your body a break, so you need to cruise on enough test to maintain.. you must experiment I guess.
Try new compounds.... Primo won't make you 240 8% bf.. well it could but its gonna take many many years. there's a lot of stuff out there ...try deca... Lean out a bit, go around 7-8% BF then run deca and see where it gets you.

You say genetic potential, but you're on gear...so you -may- have hit the max your current cycles can support, but that's different from your genetic potential.

Adding compounds, upping the dosages and lengthening cycles will definitely be required to keep gaining muscle mass (you have quite a bit to add if you want to go from 235 @ 15% to 240 @ 8%) HGH is a good candidate here, I don't think you need insulin to get to 240 though. TREN, deca, eq are the old standbys; you're wasting money with primo at this point IMO. Much better to put primo money towards better food or HGH.
