what to eat on the resting day ?

i not sure what your trying to do?

well are you bulking or cutting?
but i will give it a shot......
on my rest day when i was cutting i ate all the junk i could get 1 day a week
after eating clean all week and watching calories and fat and doing cardio i was a little weak and that was my boost for the next 6 days

while im bulking i eat like a BeaRollia
 
a lil more info please lebanner on your goals, are you currently cutting? maintaining? bulking? and what is your current diet like?
 
i am bulking under dbol, my diet is curently like

for exemple, i do not count food, i eat until my stomach is very full and i cannot walk anymore lol

so:

for exemple
chiken rice
TRAINING
shake
fried chiken oats &banana
fried chiken & potatoes & cottage cheese
fried chiken & oats & cottage cheese

steak,eggs salad and feces and vegetables

bedtime: cottage cheese and apple ("rumble"?)

it is approximate, sometimes i eat less, then i can take like a gainer or this kind of stuff
 
Your rest days are when you recover so get your protein in, if you don't want fat gains keep the carbs moderate.
