What to take

I'm looking to try something to put on some size (nothing insanely crazy - 5 to 10lbs of muscle). I've never tried anything before.

I read through the forum but there is a lot out there. Any suggestions on where to start researching or what to take.

lifting on and off since college. Competed in natural bodybuilding before, but due to insane work schedule, haven't lifted much in the past 2 yrs. My heaviest was 207 at prob 10%-12% bf.

you'll gain a lot from having not lifted in 2 years. i'd say just eat a lot if you're really that lean.

you can take stuff but you won't hold the weight if you don't eat.

Agreed that food is needed, but being a true ecto, I won't put on a lot of muscle just from food and lifting.

i think the point we are trying to make is that you're old enough to make a decision on what to put into your body, do as much research as you can.

your kinda skinny - no offense. if you take something and don't adjust your diet, in the end you will end right back up at 170 lbs. kinda pointless right?

if your just looking for a little size and a lot of strength, i'd recommend helladrol. i loved it.

just make sure you do tons of research before you take whatever you choose and have a post cycle therapy (pct) ready.

I know I am old enough to know what I put in my body, that is why I was seeking a starting point (which you gave me).

I also know I am skinny and looking for something to help out (in addition to increase cals).

no problem, keep bringing us questions, I know sometimes people on the board come across as assholes but taking sups like this isn't like taking your vitamins. there can be serious side effects.

most of the questions come from people who shouldn't be taking them to begin with. just make sure you're not in a hurry and research until you can't think straight then take a step back and then start researching some more. I literally researched my hdrol cycle for months.

the search button and google are your friends, look for patterns, not the one off anecdotal evidence, you'll be fine :biggthump
 
So Jay cutler just eats to get his size? All he has to do is eat and he grows?

You went from putting on 5-10 pounds to be ing cutlers size? Point is bro is gear doesn't work without proper diet, if your not gaining at least a pound a week naturally your not ready and as you grow you need to eat even more, ,what do you think cutler eats in a day probably what you eat in a week
 
Helladrol is a great place to start, it will give you a nice bump in strength also. I would run it with transaderm for a nice beginners stack.
