What was your best diet plan?

i said nothing about eating nor fucking the scale. Just throw it away (unless ur into that sort of thing).

Good luck Stevie...

it was not literal. Ha, if your advise is as good as your picture im in. Thank you. I dont want to hijack this thread. Back to diets.

Steve....you have body image issues. Thing is you want both and you CAN'T have both and even you realize it.

I think you should take a step back from steroids for awhile. See what you can do with your body naturally and learn to be patient.

Here is the thing....you clearly want more muscle but you don't want to do what it takes to get it. You don't have to get fat to gain muscle but you certainly won't gain it at a calorie deficit.

The thing you have to learn Steve is to ACCEPT YOUR BODY AS IS WHILE PUTTING ON MUSCLE. That's a mental hurdle that you are fighting right now.

you are so correct in this statement! I appreciate your honesty and am grateful for your analysis which is dead on!! I do want more muscle and will have to do so growing. I lift heavy, so in my sick warped mind I think I can still do this with a calorie deficit and walking out of the gym each day like I need a hospital room. I am so motivated in so many ways. This is the last hurdle you are right. I think you are so great and I need to do some thinking. I cant tell you how much I appreciate all your advise. I think you are one of the nicest people who truely wants to help people. How about opening up a body image shrink office for us bodybuilders who are in these dilemias, you could make alot of money? Phone consultations, I would PAY!!!!

Thank you for the nice compliments Steve aka Marilyn. I appreciate that.

However if I was really that good I could actually change your mind frame and make you love your body at a higher level of body fat! I'm no miracle worker though.

Perhaps pin some pics of obese women up by your mirror and when you look into it you'll be like "Damn I'm skinny!!!"

your good, im still headed down, last time check was 21 percent. So that was a few lbs up ago. Its funny what shocks me is Im already looking thin at 136/137 ish but bodyfat is at 21. So if I get to lets say 125, I would be kinda be skinny and still have bodyfat I figure at 18 percent around. So the shocking part is it AMAZES me how women get to 15 , 12 , 10 with out being underweight. I got a lot more lifting and years of adding muscle to go! As far as body image I think its that I need the time factor here, like a few more years of adding muscle. This is just a matter of time and consistency. However I WILL DO IT!
