I have quite a few boxes sitting at home because i have access but i have never used them up until now purely because i needed to get my calorie intake higher and made sure i was training properly before i thought about sus. I train well and eat well and have made gains but genetically there are areas of the body which don't respond as well. For example my chest is developed but arms need to grow bigger in order to catch up. For someone who is not looking to get body builder big but just bigger than now is sus a good way to go the extra step? Started at 60kg and now 73 consuming 2500-3000 calories per day. I've trained for 5 years and can't get my arms past a certain point for some reason. I've tried different excercies, tried more rest, varied sets and reps, increased calories but the arms still feel weak and underdeveloped. Is sus 250 only for hard core body builders or can you take them and when you're happy with growth stop taking them and continue to train just to maintain?
I know 73kg might not sound like much but the most i have ever been is 76kg and i now have less body fat than what i did then so i think it's about the same. I don't think i was designed to carry more than about 85kg. Not because i can't but because it just doesnt suit my build. My head wouldnt suit my body if i weighed 95kg for example.
