Whats A Good Post Workout??

hey i was wondering what you think the best post work out is? i used to do BSN CellMass but its kinda lacking on some important stuff and is alot of creatine. looking for something that has an all around collection of leucine/arginine (aminos), glutamine, beta alanine, ect.. i had been having to take horse pills of like 4 different things to get it all and that sucks and im guessing someone has a powder out that has all that stuff combined already. what you guys use for post?
 
The only one ive ever used that actually made a noticeable difference in gain was called AnatorP70 by Muscletech but they dont make it any more.
 
A real good whey shake with a bagel or a few slices of vitamin enriched white bread. Shredder was dead on. That's all you need brother after that just food.
 
i always have a shake on hand (usually syntha6) but food sometimes is an hour or more away, figured having something all in one to drink during/after workout would be nice. i found some stuff called AminoLast from Gaspari Nutrition thats got like 20 aminos that i thought about giving a try. food is ALWAYS a better source for anything, even with protein but would be nice to have something else that i can throw in my bag and have on hand. just figured id see what other people dig. i appreciate u guys chiming in.
 
Its hard to find a good postworkout that isnt overpriced sugar thats the problem! Ive just recenty cut out every supplement except BCAAs and glutamine, i dont even drink shakes anymore, only whole food, and the gains have been much better and no gastro issues,

Oh vitamins n creatine as well lol

i think i have decided on bodytech bcaa and glutamine, good reviews, and cheap ;-) prob just throw a scoop in all my shakes for a while and see if i notice any difference. been training intense, to failure every time, recovery would be a plus.
 
Ya bro, BCAAs are key, the leucine in them is what youre after, leucine is key in keeping you anabolic. Theyre great too for if you cant get in food past the 3-4 hr mark for whatever reason drink some BCAAs and the leucine will fend off the catabolic state youd normally enter having not ate.
 
nice, i keep shakes made and on hand at work, home, and gym cause we have a fridge, gonna throw that in all of them when i make them (i make 10 at a time lol) and be stocked up on everything :biggthump
 
sunday and thursday nights are grocery and food prep. wow 10g every meal? that stuff i actually just ordered is like 6.5 per scoop and i was gonna throw a scoop in all my shakes (3 daily), hell id go through a whole thing of it every few days if i did a scoop every meal and shake LOL. of course the label says use one scoop twice daily, i was gonna do 3. maybe need to up that some..
 
That anatorp70 was the shit bro I drank it when it was out. $75 a jug was it's only downfall. But it had virtually everything you needed to heal and grow. And didn't taste that bad.

Bro your the first guy who ive mentioned it to who knows what im talking about! That stuff was the bomb!! Almost steroid like, lol.
 
There's a few products over at the mrsupps.com store that I've tried recently and liked.
Recover surge, Pre-Post (has DMAA and is currently on blowout sale to clear the rest of the stock), and fallout.
