Occasionally, I'll come across a post making a reference to a Clomid restart to begin production for testosterone. What is this? Is it a trial that attempts to produce testosterone naturally?

Yes that is correct, it might also involve other compounds and ongoing blood tests depending on what the Dr your wants. I think some Drs/clinics might try this before going the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) direction if the patient has a history of drug (aas) abuse. Another reason might be to temporarily try to restart what little natural production you might have in order to increase your odds of reproducing with the aid of "fertility drugs" (Ie Hcg/hmb & Clamoid).
