What's better for sore muscles?

If they're already sore then yeah, heat is the answer. Which one? I take a hot bath every week 2 days after legs, but have never tried the others....Let us know what you find is best, if you do experiment with this!
 
I heard hot bath with some sort of Salt - epson or something I dunno...I heard that really helps, never tried though.

Epsom salt . . you can actually mix it with water and drink it. Works great as a laxative

True. Mix it with olive oil and other stuff, take it at cartain times and it clears your liver and removes gull stones and stuff clogged in your liver that collects naturally. (bad stuff). The next morning you shit out all the stones (everyone has them) and they will float to the top. The high concentration of cholesterol in them is what makes them float. This all comes out.

Off topic. Sorry. :D hehe. ;) I have the recipe and proper proceedure of doing it stashed away for now. The dude who wrote it for me was a pro bber, and he showed me the green parasite that came out of his ass the next morning. He froze it and keeps it in his freezer. Its greenish yellowish and nasty. Supposedly everyone has parasites of some kind as well.

LOL!! I have not done it yet but soon enough. Grose shit imo. This restores your health as it recovers a % of liver function naturally lost by clogging. If used alone it is just a laxitive and just makes you shit.

Nasty, but I will do it sometime.
 
A good epsom salt bath is good, add some lavender oil if you want to smell good and sleep well afterwards, some camphor oil if your muscles are really sore but you will smell like vicks vapo rub--

A hot soak is good once in a while

Another great way to get rid of soreness is to do active recovery. Stuff like bands work and light high rep workouts and sled pulling.

Can you hook us up with the recipe. I just took some with water but if there is a better way I'd sure like to know.
 
do a proper cool down and take an ice bath after, that they aint as nice as a hot bath but will give you what your after at least!
 
I dunno how, but I had strained my hip a couple months ago...I was having trouble walking and running...Doing parking lot lunges were a pain in my ass - literally...I just recently started going into the sauna every day after my AM cardio for 15-20 minutes and have noticed that my hip doesn't bug me as much...I can actually run again...and am back doing parking lot lunges...:dunno:
