Hey, Im not quite sure this is the right forum to post this question in, but here goes.
This last month my bodyweight has gone from 75 to 80 kg - yet all my measurements are identical! I do feel more cut, but nothing dramatical has really changed, except for this weight gain without size gain.
My strenght has gone up - nothing dramatically though, but slowly and steadily on a weekly basis, so my training has been sane. The only real difference these last months is that Ive besides my normal training (workouts 3 times per week) Ive also been walking 1 hour every week day (5 times per week) and Ive mostly lived on protein shakes. Its really been like Ive been cutting, although Ive gained weight :X
If I recall right muscle weighs more than fat!? So... could Ive somehow lost fat and gained muscle? In some sort of eerie fashion that the result is a mass gain yet the size is the same?
Im puzzled.
