What's It Like Coming Off Cycle?

If you have a positive outlook and do things right most of the side effects of coming off are well within your control.

After my last cycle(10 week low dose test/deca) coming off wasnt so bad. Kinda wierd though that the whole acne thing didnt start until 3 or 4 weeks after my cycle.
No depression at all.
Intensity in the gym subsided a bit, but also relaxed on the protien consumption as well which made my breath smell better. Only lost 9lbs of the 24 I gained.

What doses were you at? How much do you think was water weight?
 
The Cycle was a 10 weeks of Sustanon (sust) 250mg and deca 250mg ew.
It was my first cycle using injectables and the first cycle run in over 20 years. So in a sense it was my first cycle. I chose such a low dose because everywhere I read, the first cycle gives you the biggest gains with the least amount of juice if you are close to your natural potential.

"How much do you think was water weight?" Thats kid of a loaded question. If you think about it, what exactly is musclular hypertrophy?

So yeah, what I lost was probably all water.

Haha, deca for 10 weeks??? Your definately gunna feel that when ya get off. I did when I only ran it for six.

What are you current stats?
 
i think it gets easier the more i do it ......the longer your on the harder it is for me....
i lose a little strenght and drive.....i have in the past lost a lot of mass .....but not lately......most of it for me is in my head .........sure you dont have the recovery ...
but if you lifted 300 lbs for six whilst on i dont see any reason you cant lift 300lbs for 4 when off.......

Definitely makes sense. I'm just trying to prepare myself as well as possible so I know what's happening when the cycles finally over.
 
DEPRESSING...I was setting on the beach this weekend reflecting on how much bigger I used to be while on cycle.
