what's the best compound for fast twitch muscles (springing, throwing, jumping..etc)

Are you sure what fibers you want...

For most lifting the fibers needed are fast twitch. Explosive situations

For runners and Aerobic the fibers needed are slow twitch when endurance is needed and there is no explosion needed.

SO what are you wanting to decided here. I'm sorry but I have found that many people have this slow vs fast fibers backwards

I was under the impression that fast twitch is for sprinting jumping powerlifting fighting pitching
Slow twitch is for bicycling, marthoning, ...etc
and bodybuilding uses them about 50/50 or 60/40

I sdo not know about % 's but the fast twitch has type I and type II but are for explosive tyoe movements. Think about it... BOOM when we bench the weight up.

Now when sprinting Boom off the blocks Fast twitch but then we are in a cruise running and that is the slow twitch. Nothing fast or explosive about running. Get it ?

Id just work the entire muscle recruiting as many fibers as possible. Whatever your trying to get better at keep practicing trying to beat your PR each time by a bit. Don't over complicate things...Simplify. My thought....
