whats the most cardio i can do on steroids

I am taking 850mgs of testosterone, 500mgs of npp, and 50mgs of tbol a day. So I feel like muscle wasting is very unlikely. But I want to do as much cardio as possible and get as ripped as possible as fast as possible. I want to be healthy though I am changing my diet and lowering my calories. But I want to know what is the most cardio I should do a week. I was thinking of like a hour of cardio like 3 to 4 times a week? what do you guys think. I can gain size really easy. And I know I am on bulking steroids but I always hear it is more about the diet and cardio than it is about what steroids you take. And I figure if anything I can just do more cardio and eat even less and preserve more muscle. Since I am taking bulking steroids in large dosages.

And also since I am on steroid can I do cardio and a work out in the same day? I just want some peoples oppinions on this. I am at about 15 % body fat right now and I would like to get down to around 9 to 10 % while cleaning up my diet and lowering cholesterol. I have come to realize lately that while I was not on steroids I bulked dirty for to long to gain muscle and that it really effected my cholesterol and I also dirty bulked while on gear. So for the next few months I really want to clean up my diet and cut down fat. Any suggestions on how much cardio to do a week. And if I can work out and do cardio back to back or at least separated by like 5 hours.
 
From my experience, Cardio on or off cycle is always a good thing... but if I were you, I'd run this one by 3J... he'll tell you what you can and can't afford to burn off in relation to your calorific intake and lean muscle goals...

I have a feeling he will recommend 30-60mins low-intensity training before breakfast...

I suspect he'll recommend 20-40 min low intensity cardio POST WORKOUT as glycogen stores are depleted then.
 
I do 30-60 min of cardio 5-6 days a week after my weights. I'm on 750 mg of test every 5 days. I eat around 2200 calories a day , pretty clean. I've dropped from 18% bf to bout 13 and had pretty good size gains. So that's what works for me
 
I will try to keep my food intake high it will just be mostly protein and clean food. And I will plan my cheat days to be on a hard work out day. Im thinking about only having carbs after a work out and that's it. It seems like a good way to loose fat very quickly.
 
Cardio will NOT cause you to lose muscle unless your diet is terrible, a bad diet makes you lose muscle not cardio.
I've done 45 min cardio 5-6x a week NATURALLY and i did not lose very much muscle, my strength went down a little but muscle wise not much, so on steroids specially the amounts you're taking i would not worry one bit, you can do up 1hr liss everyday and GAIN muscle. Its all on your diet, do not reduce calories too much and do not cut carbs unless you have to, its totally unnecessary, carbs do NOT make you fat, carb cycling works, but i would use it when you're below 10% going to 5% wanting to get shredded.
 
As long as it's not tren, you can easily do 20-30 minutes of cardio post-workout no problem. I also warmup with a bit of HIIT before I hit the weights to get the blood flowing and sweat dripping.
 
Lol I drank a entire endo rush from bsn basically like 500mgs of caffeine and went and did 35 minutes of cardio at pretty high intensity on a empty stomach like a hour and a half after I woke up with out eating. And when I left the gym man I was like white as a ghost and was euphoric I felt like I was way to low on carbs because I did the same thing yesterday to. I have dropped 2 pounds though in 2 days. When I was driving I felt totally out of whack in the head though I didn't feel safe to drive almost. And when I was waiting for my food at a restaurant I could totally feel how being so depleted of food and carbs could fuck with some ones head. It was weird. I felt better like 30 minutes after eating chicken and rice. But it was a odd feeling to say the least. Ha ha ha ha I think im going to change my weight loss plan a little bit. Maybe just cleaner food and more cardio. And cardio on a empty stomach every other cardio session so I don't get so depleted of carbs and it effects my brain.
 
Heres my question to you. Why remove carbs? Its stupid and doesnt cause greater fat loss than a caloric deficit, reduce dietary fats to decrease caloric intake NOT carbs, i used to believe all this nonsense that carbs make you fat bla bla bla.
When you get to a really low bf% then you can experiment with carb cycling to get leaner, and that 2lb is loss of fluids.
 
I believe you about it being fluid loss.. Lol I really hoped it was 2 pounds of fat but I know that's not possible without heavy fat loss drugs.
 
some people more sensitive to carbs than others. i have seen people do far better with keto style dieting and carb cycling than with cutting out fats to drop. i also seen the opposite. point is, shit is different for different people.
 
Lol I have come o value your advice one and only champ.... Lol at first I was iffy about some of your advice but than I found my self doing what you recommended. Lol I would forget you recommended it though. And then look back and be like damn im doing pretty much exactly what this guy said... Lol im extending my test/npp cycle to like 5 months like you had said you did in the past.... I just feel like 3 months is not enough time to make really crazy changes. I mean every one has given me compliments and went as far as saying I look retartedly big. But I feel like I need those extra months to work on my chest and back and ham strings.

My theory is basically what I am doing is like the last step before blasting and cruising lol. Just really long ass cycles. I am considering switching my compounds up at the very end of the cycle and running like 400mgs of testosterone only and running like 50mgs of anavar a day for a month to end my cycle in a cutting phase. Because I feel like I have the possibility of looking a lot better after I am done with my cycle and I can increase my calorie intake to hold on to more muscle with out gaining a crazy amount of fat. If that all makes sense.
 
lol if i was in the sauna and saw a guy doing that I think i would just have to figure out a way to top what he was doing and scare him out of their
