You should be blasting a cruising and adding in growth hormone for sure. I would start at 5iu a day and bump it after a year maybe. I would add the gh and slowly keep upping anabolics...once you get into the 3-5g range though, anabolics max out at which point you can lower them and compensate with hgh. Once you feel like progress has significantly slowed on blasts of ~3g and decent doses of gh, I would start adding some insulin protocols but that is a long way off.

Your "friend's" dosages are on the very moderate side for a guy competing at a decent level... especially the hgh, 5iu isn't gonna do much at all, no matter what quality it is (20iu per day is very common at the upper amateur/pro level)
