Hey everyone. 30 yr old, 6ft 220lbs. I used to work out a lot from about age 16-22. I was pretty serious with it. Ran one cycle and a couple runs of ph. Then my life got very busy with college, having kids and establishing a career. I went about 8 years without hitting a gym regularly, up until about 2 months ago.
My office put in an in-house gym, so I've been training on a four day split on my lunch breaks for the past two months. I've had great results in these past two months. My intensity is high and I'm back to feeling the passion I used to have for bodybuilding. It's really been fun the past two months getting back into it. I'm here at the forum to research some of the new supplements that have come around in the past few years. The pickings look really slim after the ph ban that happened. I'm looking into getting some 1-Andro or some SARMs. Also looking to learn more about proper bodybuilding nutrition and the science behind it.
