So Ive been on a low carb high protien Diet for the past 6 weeks with 1 cheat day per week (sundays) which is when I load up carbs. Anyway when I load up the next day after I take A dump I've noticed that my body aint digesting the carbs that I eat, if I had fries or any other potato based food its comming out kinda like it did when it went in. Anyone had this prob, anything i can do to fix it?
