I got a pain in my lower-back and I cant figure out whats causing it or how to deal with it.

The pain showed up in the morning after my backtraining day, it hurts no matter which position i sit or lay down.

Ive had it before a few times in the last 6 months.. and it went away in 3-4 days..
I know Im lifting with good form, so I dont think thats the problem.

Maybe its an old disc-prolapse or my lower-back muscles are tighter than than my abmuscles(I know they are but Im not sure thats what is causing the pain)

Anyone got experience with backpain here?

ive had a problem with my upper back for as long as i can remember. and ive told doctors and they just told me it would go away...... well it hasn't and so now for 6 years ive gotten use to the pain and it doesn't really bother me anymore. i can feel it but i just ignore it

and its funny cause when i go to a massage parlor and htey begin to work on my upper back there like omg i've never felt anything like this before.

but i would get your back checked asap.

I had that too. I could never lay down because the pain would be too much. I had the hardest time going to sleep. I found out it was from trying to push too much weight with my legs. I would go all out on my legs, pushing thousands of pounds, and it was destroying my back. I decided to go light on legs, and not do much of them, and my back is fine now. If you are lifting very heavy on legs, or doing more than you should on your back, then that could be the problem.
