Whats the smallest, high cal meal you could use for bulking?
Or even the most simple to make?
When bulking eating can get monotinous for sure so I guess I'm wanting to get feedback on all of your favs from shakes to bakes.
About to hit the diet again after months of recouperation due to car crash and thought I'd get some buz happening to see if anything trully inspiring or original comes up!

for dirty bulk my fav will be peanutbutter and banana toasted sanwiches!
for a clean one will be tuna with tomato and spaghetti!

fast one is a whey shake or a tuna shake.
 
I don't think that guy knows what he is talking about. Some of his info is good, but he still believes that crap about only being able to digest so much protein at a time - he says the rest will be excreted in your urine. That's bullshit. Also, I think you want more fat in your diet than he suggests.
