I'm thinking about preparing all my meals for the week on Sunday. I don't cook much.

Do you know of any quick easy meals to prepare for the week? Tips, Techniques, etc?

What's your favorite quick meal to cook for the week?

Thanks for any help...

Here are a few meals I cook ever week. Breakfast I use instant oatmeal w egg whites and a banana add some cinnamon and a little honey. Lunch chicken breast w instant brown rice & brocoli. Also ground lean turkey w baby spinach & multi grain pasta. Tuna w some muatard and bit of relish( not the greatest but quick and good no carb meal in the evening) with ezekiel bread if I want carbs. Dinner I have tilapia w greens, I dont precook this, fish has to be fresh. Most of these I fix all on sunday, enough for about 7 days. Put em in tubaware and good to go. And it all takes under two hours. I do change it up weekly so as not to get burned out. Take that and a gallon of water to work and good to go, I also will have aminos like modern bcaa or recoup in between meals, or occasional protein shake. Just some quick ideas bro. Pre cooking and portioning all makes me have no excuse to stay on diet 100%.

I cook 10lbs of chicken breast in the oven. Just put it on a couple pans with whatever seasoning and leave in for an hour and ten min. I cook 8 servings of rice on the stove. Fish fillets in the oven. And turkey burgers on a skillet. I also buy a bunch of sweet potatoes and just leave em in the fridge till I want to eat them, then I throw it in the microwave to cook.

Thanks guys I really appreciate it. Does the chicken stay good for 7 days? Do you have to do anything for it to stay good? Salt, lemon juice, etc? Thanks.

i use pineapple juice with ms dash garlic and herb it's pretty good for chicken. sometimes ill use the fat free italian dressing. just remember if you make rice to let it sit over night and not put it directly in the fridge after cooking or it will get crunchy. i usually bake about 4 or 5 large sweet potatoes at a time (takes about an hour) then i put them in a bowl, mix them up with a little skim milk and cinnamon and divide it up into containers for later.

I use Louis Rich brand grilled chicken strips there fully cooked strips in a bag one bag equals two meals I throw them in with some salad 2 hard boiled eggs and onion 2tbl spoon light dressing its on the money for lunch

Another quick meal I use 1cup light and fit yogurt 1/2 2%cottage cheese mix in 3/4 cup of kashi go lean cant go wrong there :)

ive just recently realized that rice chex is now gluten free and has 23g carbs per cup and 0g of fat.
