whats your routine?

lol alright heres what ive been doing past 3 months, im looking for change and tryin to see and compare

Monday chest
tuesday legs
Wed Back
Thurs Shoulders/traps
Friday Off
Saturday Bis & Tris
Sunday Off
 
Two on one off.

Day 1: C/B
Day 2: B
off
Dat 3: L
Day 4: S/T
off
off

Still trying out the 5x5 routine, liking the small but steady gains in stregnth but not really enjoying the excess weight, thinking on swithing to more of a cutting diet and routine with more cardio, probs in a month from now.

If your running a cycle 5x5 could be what your looking for in a new routine. A few of the guys on here reported good gains while on cycle.

Or if your more experienced lifter try out DC (can I fuck figure it out)

Wednesday: Back/Calves
Thursday: Shoulders/Traps
Friday: Legs/Calves

Also doing Abs daily, and playing about 2 hours racquetball each week spaced out.

Fri- chest, tris

thats it. I get bored with cardio so im not really doing any right now besides the occasional 10mile bike ride or some wind sprints in the back yard. I need to find a weekly pick up game of hoops or something. All my friends are fat and lazy so it makes it kinda hard.
 
mon: upper body, 4 sets per muscle, diff exercices each week
tue: legs, 4 sets per muscle, diff exercices each week
wed: rest
thu: see day1
fri: see day2
sat: rest
sun: rest
