Still trying out the 5x5 routine, liking the small but steady gains in stregnth but not really enjoying the excess weight, thinking on swithing to more of a cutting diet and routine with more cardio, probs in a month from now.
If your running a cycle 5x5 could be what your looking for in a new routine. A few of the guys on here reported good gains while on cycle.
Or if your more experienced lifter try out DC (can I fuck figure it out)
