When do you crash?

Was wondering one can expect to "crash" when done with a cycle?

My cycle was cyp @ 500mg for 12 weeks and i've finished a 4 week post cycle therapy (pct) for about a week now and still no libido changes or extreme strength loss, some but it was to be expected. Gained a total of 35lbs and lost 4 to 5 lbs up to now. Should i still expect to crash within the next weeks or am i out of the woods?
 
you'd be out of the woods by now. You had a really good recovery!
What was your post cycle therapy (pct) and your age?
 
Most crash about 2-3 weeks after last inject. Sounds like you didn't so you should be good to go now. This is what I like to hear. I was the same way and always breezed thru post cycle therapy (pct) but I did have one hit me pretty hard so be thankful you are a lucky one and I'm assuming you did your post cycle therapy (pct) correct.

Nice job. Those are some big gains and if you have recovered you should be able to keep that weight and hopefully add a little more natural.

do not over train , overdo cardio , use diet supplements or cut calories drastically for at least another month or 2 and im guessing you wont lose a whole lot more weight .
 
great gains, people can dogg me if they want, but i havent seen any of your stats but if i had to guess u cycled at the wrong point in your life! u gained 35 lbs in 12 weeks from your cycle? wow. definitely means your diet and workout before SUCKED, and u were probably no where near your max potential bro. but u have already done the cycle so nothing u can do now. just giving my 2 sense. but glad u didnt crash and are feeling good big man

I have probably started up a bit too soon yeah. Found my edge and gaining great even after post cycle therapy (pct) so :) I was cutting carbs drastically natty which was the clue in the end.

What was your post cycle therapy (pct) and your age?

Im 23, post cycle therapy (pct) was Nolva 20mg and aromasin 25mg ED for 4 weeks. Used Adex on cycle and no HCG.

Im 5'10" 210lbs btw.
 
I second Dadawg and can speak from personal experience that over doing cardio/dieting can bring on a crash even weeks after pct. I once had a great cycle/pct very little strength loss thru 6-7 weeks after pct. I had always run a little but then did my first 5k which got my competitive juices flowing. Began running more and more then somewhere around 6-7 weeks after pct....crash. It started on bench day (of course) and just got worse and worse.
Since that time I have been very careful not to try to change any habits until I've been off at least as long as I was on and no issues since. Hope that helps

Yeah I think I over trained during my pct...My thought was "well if I train harder during PCT I'll keep more gains"..But I really just felt like my body was dying...lol

brother i crashed 8 days after i missed a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) shot.....from 587ng/dl to 86ng/dl...real fast

Sucks man, big drop ;/ Good to know, adds up that I havent crashed yet. Getting bloodwork in 3 weeks to see whats up.

Well atleast you kept training hard, I know some people which go for some crazy shit like high reps / low weight during post cycle therapy (pct) ;/
