When do you start to grow when bulking?

Methodology

I am banned!
I've wondered this, let's say I start at 200lbs, and can bulk naturally up to 220lbs, during this time, I'm working out everyday, at a certain point I will have to plateau when bulking, even if you eat the cals/protein/carbs, you will eventually hit a road block, I always notice that its my abdomen that gets larger, rather than the rest of my body, but how long would it take to turn that 20lbs into muscle, or should I say how long do you need to consistently stay at 220 before the mass will be absorbed evenly amongst your body?

It basically brings me to the "body building thesis", that you can only gain 1lb of muscle per week (so at that rate, I would need to train hard for 20 weeks, while keeping my weight up at 220), no matter how great your diet is, how much of an increase does testosterone provide? AAs? Is there any sources to back up the claim that AAs/Testosterone actually increases this ratio?

Read what test does to you and answer your own question.
Increases protien synthesis and increases nitrates in muscle cells.
Tren, actually helps your body absorb nutrients better too.

..add to this that we re all different .

Quit training e d and it ll happen quicker . E o d or 2on 1 off is better I m o.

I train everything sore 2 in 10 days.

Recovery is as important as is tearing down.

Well, you may just not be able to naturally support any more good bulk. Figure out your "Fat Free Mass Index". If it's around 25 you may just be topped out for natural gains.

Thanks yeah, I did, basically a pound/week:

Fat Free Mass by underwater weighing
300 mg group-5.2kg (11.4lbs) increase
600 mg group-7.9kg (17.38lbs) increase

Fat Mass by underwater weighing
300 mg group-.5kg (1.1lbs) decrease
600 mg group-1.1kg (2.42lbs) decrease

lol this might sound very stupid but if your stomach is bulging out a lot while bulking maybe you are not spreading your meals out enough through out the day. And you should eat more easily digested food. Steroids will without a doubt make more of what you eat turn into muscle and very quickly. I have also heard about blood type diets saying that certain people can't digest certain foods as good as others can.

lol...
I was just going to suggest... Train three days a week perhaps... That way your muscles get a chance to Rest... With rest there will be growth... Try powerlifting for a little... I typically do that in the winter with my bulk, I get the same though, more growth in the waist then else where but, I am getting stronger so, thats all that matters. I do not watch the scale, I take measurements.
