When does my estrogen spike?

I am currently on a test E5D and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) E5D schedule.

I always inject Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) before my test injection day. For example, if Tuesday is test injection I will inject Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on Monday. Following this would be Saturday Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) injection and Sunday test injection.

I did a blood test to check my estrogen and test level on Tuesday, one day after my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) injection on Monday and before my test injection on Tuesday.

I want to know if I captured the day when my estradiol was highest during this 5 day cycle. If not, when should I have tested?

5 week cycle? How much test are you running? Fill us in on more details.

What type of testosterone are you running? Prop, enanthate, cypionate? And if it's on of the two latter then you'll want more than a 5 week cycle. Hell, you'll want more than a 5 week cycle with prop. Testosterone enanthate or cypionate will just be building up to full strength by the time you finish your cycle. Also, what's your post cycle therapy (pct)? Also, chances are your estrogen was not the highest at the the time you took your blood test. My theory is that the testosterone would not have had enough time to be converted to estrogen and build up.

Are you doing a cycle or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (for life)?

That's good, you had us worried there.

I still stick with my original theory that the test will not have had enough time to convert to estrogen. If you are worried about high e levels then you could ask your doc about an prescribing an ai.

I was wondering about Estrogen, too. If I'm taking 200mg every two weeks, would it be best to do blood work right after the injection to see highest Estrogen levels? Something like 36 hrs post injection? Thanks. -Mack

Thats hard to guess, but I would put my money on 48 hours after your T injection.

My guess would be about 48 hours as well. I am curious why you would be taking HCG the day before your T injection as opposed to the day after. Unless I am overlooking something, it seems counter-intuitive. I stopped using HCG because of how much it aromitizes. Just curious abuot your timing.
