When to add clen during cutting?

Hi Guys

On TRT 125mg Test E per week and currently cutting for summer...

Whats your guys opinions on when to use clen, i used it last year at the end of my cut to get me 10>8%.

Im currently sitting at 12-14% and feeling a bit impatient...

Would adding clen simply increase calories used per day? (in which case im happy to just lower calls some more and not need the clen)

or does it do more than just raise TDEE? see write ups suggesting it realses fat too?

ive used clen & also eca stack & found eca , for me atleast, much more effective. Ofcourse i really enjoy a good cup of joe & the euphoric "hot" feeling i get from ephidrine. I beleive the hot part of that comes from feeling the fat literally melting from ur body....just my thought. good luck!!
 
Personally I wouldnt use Clen to cut fat for a summer 'lean' look. It's just not worth it to me. To help trim the last 2-3% bf before a contest? Sure. 10-12% is perfectly fine for a summer cut, anything more looks unnatural and hard to maintain
 
For me you need to decide when it will get you the best bang for buck so to speak. I mean it tends to stop working as well after about 5-6 weeks. Taking Benedryl helps to keep the receptors cleared but honestly you got 6-8 weeks max before it's really not doing anything anymore.

You could rotate different compounds. To keep the body from getting used to it on long runs. I like to get really into the diet and get things working without any stims for a few weeks then when that starts to plateau I add the Clen, Or Albuterol, or ECA.

But generally if you do it right you should only need it the last 6 weeks to bring you down to single digits.
 
Use it when you hit that impossible to break plateu. Like when you're doing cardio 5 times a week and tweaked your diet and STILL can't lose weight... Use clen for the extra push.

You dont think due to its fat releasing properties its worth using from the start? aslong as you have a break to keep receptors fresh i was looking to use it a total of 6 weeks, as below

2 weeks - diet
2 week - clen + diet
2 weeks - diet + cardio
2 weeks clen + diet + cardio
2 weeks diet + cardio (should be finished, maybe extra 2 week clen if needed)
