When to expect test to kick in and what to expect! information please

So i have been running 500 mg sustanon 250 biweekly injections along with EQ 500 mg. I have been on the cycle now for 16 days. The only things change I have noticed is increased libido, increased hunger, and a small increase in strength. I am currently running a 6 day workout regimen and eating close to 5500 calories a day high protein, high complex carbs, low fat. My question is what should I expect to occur and when should I expect it. I have read on a few forums people saying they have blown up crazy pumps looking much larger. I have experienced really any bloat however i'm running Adex .5 E3D. Any information is appreciated thank you all.
 
Didn't feel nothing apart from weighing 15kg more.

Libido was always high prior to cycling, cycling made no effect on my libido.
 
16 days? If you didn't feel increased endurance and strength and quicker recovery at that point, it will kick in in the next week. Sustanon (sust) and EQ started to shine for me at week 4, and I feel like I may have had this conversation at work this morning with someone on the same exact cycle. Otherwise you have underdosed gear maybe. First cycle?

fuck man that's a lot. Call it overkill but you are not going to be happy with the amount of fat you put on. I really honestly believe no one needs 5500calories per day lol. Im 100kg and only taking in 3600-4000 per day. Maybe higher like yesterday if I decide to grab a burger or something. But no where near 5500.
 
Yes this is my first cycle. I definitely recover faster but with my workout routine i cant tell if its the gear or my body. Endurance is through the roof though im working out longer and harder than i ever have before. I got my gear from a reputable source so I hope its not underdosed.
 
Im currently eating 7 times a day some days it more than other but I would say some where in the 5k range on average.

and I eat 5x a day. it makes no difference mate. Can you please list me your macros of PCF Tdee please.
 
You still have a couple weeks OP. You don't "feel" anything really, it's more of a "holy crap I just put another 20lbs on my bench and still feel like I can do more." Well, there can be an "alpha" feeling, but I think that's mostly psychological as you know you're on AAS. Look for pumps/strength gains/vascularity (sometimes and depends on body fat)/faster recovery as signs you've reached blood serum saturation.

I try to eat 350 grams of protein a day or a bit more. carbs aren't super high but I do eat sweet potato, rice , and oatmeal everyday and fruit with every shake. Casein protein shake before bed.

why? You really need to recalculate your macros mate. Look up on the net how to do that.
 
i'll do that but I did a lot of reading and thought this was a good diet to have especially with the gear. So should I eat less?

Eat big to get big mate. But all I say is this. Eat to much the excess calories will lead to fat. I know from experience. My last bulk I went from like 85-102kg at 4200-4500 calories a day and ended up to a double chin and fat fuckin face it was horrible!. This bulk im on roughly 3600calories and am staying a lot leaner. Face is a bit puffy but no where knee as much as before.

SO austinite normally does LBMx15 to work out his maintenance calories. But for you id probably go 1.6. so LMBX16

SO roughly your maintence is 3200. Add 500 on top of that and you get 3800. Perhaps round it up to 4000 if you like.

So now do 1.5grams protein per pound of LMB Your lMB is 202 pounds so.
lets say 300grams protein
0.45 grams of fat per LMB
so 90 grams fat

now fill the rest of the calories in with carbs

1200 calories from protein
810 calories from fat
so 1990 left from carbs so that's
497carbs

round up to 500. So

500 carbs
300 protein
90fat. Almost what im on mate. And its working quite well for me.

Try those macros. Go to my fitnesspal and input the food you wish to eat while hitting those numbers down the bottom. I hate math so if ive messed the numbesr up someone feel free to correct me.
 
and don't worry to much if you fall short on your macros buy a couple digits. As long as your in a surplus for the day your good. Llike I said my macros are 85 fat, 400carbs, 300 protein so that's 3600 calories. That's ON PAPER I hit those numbers but if im still hungry ill get a burger or what not because I see that if im bulking I don't strees to much. But when dieting for a comp or cutting, im a lot more strict. Enjjoy your self with the bulk. Re adjust if needed mate. Let me no how u go
 
took me about 5-6 weeks to really 'feel' anything or notice a substantial increase in the weights i bang. you're not gonna feel a "holy shit, superman!" kinda feeling on test dude. its more of a smooth take off kinda ride. steroids just aid your training, it doesn't replace it. have fun! :)
