when to start hcgenerate es & sustain alpha on pct

I'm finishing a long test and tren cycle.I was using hcg during this entire cycle.
I will be using clomid and forma for pct. i got some sustain alpha topical
And plenty of hcgenerate es. I will like to know in what week of pct to start
Using them.is it ok to use them together with the formastanzol?
