I'm starting my helladrol cycle Monday... Starting at 75, should i take 2 pills when I wake which is 7:30 for wrk n then 1 at 3pm. I work.out at 5 30 Mon - Friday. Then take n2guard before bed n hcgenerate along with the helladrol dosage??? Also when to take Forma? Beginning of cycle or 3 weeks after starting? 10 pumps a day ... Sound right ?
