When will i hit a platue? BENCH PRESSING!

I'm not a bodybuilder!
Ok i have been training for 1 year, I started off benching just 55kg for 10 reps, now im doing say 100kg for 10 reps, on average when do people usually stop getting stronger? What would a guy like me get up to bench pressing say in another 2-3 years of training? I would love one day to be benching 160kg for 10 & like 190kg for 1, what i really want to know is... Is it possible?

I mix it up over 2 weeks, one week hypertrophy training and one week i do a heavy 5x5 on most compound exercises. Any tips guys?

Well you my friend are a strong fucker! haha, yeah im gonna be juicing, how long have you been training?
 
since i was 16, but im all in pain now from doing those strong man stunts, i like quality muscles now over simply being big

I think you will continue to rise, ive read many good post by Mattyice on increasing bench , using negatives, and daily push ups are highly recommended

do you do all three bench angles ? sometimes switching to dumbbells will bump you up too

you'll be amazed at what 50 mg of Anadrol a day can do! just dont get hurt
 
Heavy flyes have really helped me up my bench--strengthened the low part of the range of motion--the most common sticking point and "weak link" in the chain.
