where im at you can buy them no prescription at any pharmacy, not sure of your states laws though. Just as easy to order online. Just know the correct sizes prior to going to pharmacy or ordering.

Bought 30 1 1/2" 23 g at local supermarket pharmacy for less than $3.....lol. Too bad gear wasn't that cheap and accessible.
