Where to start

I'm beginning to think I might sign up with 3j to help me reach my goals since I've been kind of stuck and not happy with the way things are going the last couple of months. My question is which diet plan I should be looking into. My goal is to bulk up as much as possible this winter. (on cycle)
 
What sort of weight you at now mate? I couldnt advise you what diet plan to do as it depends on a lot of things. You should speak to 3J,tell him your goals and he will advise you. Good Luck
 
Yea I was kind of hoping he was gonna post on here so I could ask him...
stats:
age-23
height-6ft
weight-210lbs
bf- 12 to 14% (which is high for me!)
Goals: I would like to get up to about 225 this winter on my current cycle test/deca/mast. I def. don't want to gain any more bf. Then this summer I'd like to cut down to 8% bf. Last year I did a slow cut starting in march and was too burnt out by 4th of July and blew everything to hell. This year I'm starting May 1 and I'm gonna throw everything at it to get shredded quick. (diet, CARDIO, high intensity workouts, clen, and prolly test/tren/mast)

if u wanna to get bulk then i think eat chicken and beef along with tuna and eggs much more in this winter. you will then see a tremendous change in your body as protein will do help a lot your body.
