Where's Waldo Wadowski

Just talked to the big guy last night. He had some phone issues and was trying to get that fixed and get caught up with all things Maximus. I was having some of the same problems with my phone last week. He'll probably pop in today after he takes care of all of the Maximus clients with orders/questions.
 
Is he still taking orders? Tried to email him twice but no response.

It should be business as usual. We just have to remember how many clients Chip has and each one of them gets individual attention and isn't just schlepped off to some customer service rep. Trust me, you will be hearing from him shortly.
 
OK, but sent the order in over a week ago and haven't received even an acknowledgement, plus my phone calls have gone unanswered. Just wondered if something was going on.

I sent in my stuff as well and Chip e-mailed letting me know his phone is jacked up. I am willing to be more than patient after reading several threads here
 
One thing everyone can bank on, Chip will never leave you hanging. He gets backed up like the rest of us but he always takes care of everyone.

No, actually that's rather naive thinking. Me, I just replaced the order from someone more responsive. You will too, once you've been around a bit. However, nothing wrong with Chip - think he's a good guy!

IT was a holiday weekend guys. I'm he is playing catch.

I know we have had over 25% bump in traffic this new year that has the staff and the sponsors swamped.

I placed an order and got an email response from Chip in under a half hour.
