It's a bit more complicated than that, but actually water weight will help with strength and the body's ability to adapt to more weight. Plus, don't forget that muscle s 90% water.

Besides that, anti e's also supress IGF-1 and increase SHBG. And androgen receptor binding is increased in the presense of elevated estrogen. So it isn't just more water that you get wihout anti-e's. It's more potential muscle growth.
 
nelson, what is the chief indicator that you need anti-estrogen......I mean i think you need to keep the equation as simple as possible......Every time you add a drug you add side effects and then it becomes harder to discern what is doing what......There is also the danger of cancelling out your goal by taking one to add one to counter-act it and etc...

Don't you think it wise to at least use Tomixifen if you are gyno prone???

i agree to a point but if your not as lucky as needsize and have estrogen issues the ability to run higher doses and stack more gear would offset this
