Pretty Much depends on You. I have short arms and big body, so I geta better stretch from Dumbells, so that is what I use.
 
Dumbells and barbell ONLY for me. I never do smith anything anymore, b/c I hurt my knees/back doing smith squats, and shoulders doing incline presses. I'd personally like to see all smiths melted into scrap because of my experiences.
 
I use a little narrower grip on incline smith press and I get an unbelievable contraction at the peak of the movement. My mind muscle conection is maxed out in this motion. I can feel my clavicular pectoralis major squeezing super hard. I also put the incline up one notch above 40 degrees. Give it a shot. Use a lighter weight and focus on the squeeze.

I use a narrower grip on the free weight barbell, after reading Glass talk about how he liked it better for taller guys, i tried it and definately feel it more, my weight dropped a little bit in the beginning but it is back to where it was.
 
i used to do bar all the time, just switched to dumbells..i like it better for chest development, but once i get to the 135's and 160's, my form goes to shit because my wrists want to snap controlling the weight..any suggestions..

Use wrist locks.
 
I like Hammer Incline Presses for upper chest the best! No controlling the weight, just up and down in a smooth motion, focusing on the pecs and not balancing the weight!
