i alternate dumbells and barbell
I use a narrower grip on the free weight barbell, after reading Glass talk about how he liked it better for taller guys, i tried it and definately feel it more, my weight dropped a little bit in the beginning but it is back to where it was.pipes said:I use a little narrower grip on incline smith press and I get an unbelievable contraction at the peak of the movement. My mind muscle conection is maxed out in this motion. I can feel my clavicular pectoralis major squeezing super hard. I also put the incline up one notch above 40 degrees. Give it a shot. Use a lighter weight and focus on the squeeze.
