Which Oral Steroid Should I Take?

I need an expert advice here:

I am looking for steroid, this will be the first time I use. I wan't supplement, anyone know a good brand? I am in my early 20s. Need expert advise please. BTW is Anabol a good type of roid?

Right now I am just taking protein, but I wan't to move on to roids.

140 lbs.

Lifting for almost year now.

I wan't to lift more lb. and get big. that why I am starting to want to take roids. is Anabol good?
 
Uh... at 140 lbs and less than one year of training, you are nowhere near ready for steroid usage. Try gaining some actual mass first. If you aren't gaining size right now, then eat more.
 
I eat a lot taking protein and creatine. Now back on topic, name some goood oral roids to get on plz.... Anabol anyone tried this?

What you talking about? Lots of guys take steroids, isn't roids use to help you get big? Besides lots of my friends are recommened steroid for me.
 
you have no reason to use steroids at this point, at your hieght and wieght you should easily be able to get to 170-180lbs with proper diet. Seriously, no one is trying to put you down but you sound like you expect to take a steroid and in 4 weeks look like a pro... unfortinatly is doesnt happen like that. Just wait a little. And in case you decide to do it anyway (which is really unrecomended at this point) here is a link to our drug profile section. You need to know how to train properly and eat properly first before you use steroids. They will not make you gain mass magically if you are not eating enough. Do you count calories yet? Obviously you don't know how to train just right yet, or how to eat right yet or you would be a lot bigger. Newbies can gain tremendous amounts of mass in their first year WITHOUT steroids if they train and eat right. Starting out at 140 lbs, within a year you should be able to get to at least 170 lbs.

I would recommend you don't touch steroids at all until 190 lbs.
 
Good tips, I weighed at 170 couple years ago, and drop a little. I probably wait a little more, besides steroids is really bad for you isn't it?
 
Protein to gear is a big jump. Like said above i'd eat right and keep working out. I woked out for 7 years before trying any gear. Keep trying over the counter supps and cycle those accordingly. Some actually work. A frined and workout partner is similar to you in build. very light and very lean with not too many years under his belt. He gets alot of gains with muscle milk. I've done alot of testing on myself with OTC supps. If you want some recomendations PM me. I'm always been much more into the natural thing than the sythetic way but it seems that is about to change........lol

Actually, all joking aside I have over 12 years of lifting under my belt and in all that time I only used gear once and I regret it.
 
String Bean. Your leaving something out. No body is that skinny. You need to exercise a few years with good diet. Your skinnier than Paris Hilton.
 
"roids" don't make u big. perseverance and discipline does. work out harder. eat more. stay far away from oral gear. we're trying to help, not flame you. but u probably deserve to be flamed for not doing research.
 
Just wait a few more years. You don't have enough experience lifting weights. I have been lifting for 5 years and I still learn something new every week in the gym or on this site. Not enough experience and no diet ++ roids? Your going to hurt yourself real bad. Even with my 5 years, I still pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder while pinching a nerve at the same time. I was out for 2 months. Major depression set in cause I had such a great diet and I was gaining so much but my form was off on a few things. ALL I'M SAYING is don't set yourself up for failure. You'll regret it! Start reading about Training, Dieting, Juice and anything else that can help you prepare for your goals.

Also, don't worry about your friends. A lot of mine are on the juice and I can still compete with them and I'm all natural....well for now anyways. It really motivates me when they have to take something to lift up x-amount of weight and I'm just eating health and doing the same as them. They kiss my ass all day long.

I have found this to be true as well except I can compete much better with them in stregth not so much in size. Do you find the same?

Also the bottom line here is you don't want to get into gear with only 1 year under your belt.
 
Rembles thanks for your comment. Funny Hilton only weighes 100 or so ...

Since most of the comment so far says steroid is bad for me now, would anyone recommend me going on prohormones pills (andro)?

Update I weigh right now 148, just weighed today, still thinking about roids (next to andro).
