You need to up your Calorie Intake bad. If you are trying to bulk up then try and get 3,000 calories a day. And at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. In your case I was the same weight well 145two years back and now I am up to 195 lbs. I just did my first prohormone cycle about a month back and up to that it was all natural. My advice is for you to eat as much as you can. Drink a protein shake right before bed and right after you workout. Eat high protein meats and if I were you and wanted to gain weight like I did. Eat a half a container of peanut butter every day. That sounds like alot but peanut butter is high calorie and high fat (good fat mainly) and also high protein. It gets old after a while but if you take a spoon full and then chase it with water it is not that bad. Other than that, you need to go to the gym at least 4 times a week and do not do cardio at all. Stay away from those bullshit machines and go to the dumbbells. Dumbbells are your mass builders and will get you where you want to be way quicker than barbells or machines. So in your case I would save the money on supplements and just get maybe some protein powder, alot of peanut butter,and alot of food.
