Hey guys new to the site, and was wondering wich would i be better of stating with. i do want to gain muscle, but dont want to look like a juice head either. i have heard of enthanate for begginers, but still not too sure. any opinions? im 22 by the way. 138/lbs and fast metabolism. :scratchhe
 
I am going to tell you like everyone else on this forum. We need more information on height because judging by your weight unless you are really really short" then you need to get your diet in check first before touching anything else. Second while being 22 is above the 21year normal requirement you may want to wait till you are at least 25 to mess with anything other than natural supplements. Also we need to know your workout schedule, how many Cals you are eating and also how long have you been hitting the gym.
 
o ok well I'm 5'9 eat well maybe 1600 calories and work out, well now weekends since I don't have much time to be in the gym. but if the natural supplements were what I need I'd appreciate if I can get some Ed. on that too. Thanks bomb.

You need to up your Calorie Intake bad. If you are trying to bulk up then try and get 3,000 calories a day. And at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. In your case I was the same weight well 145two years back and now I am up to 195 lbs. I just did my first prohormone cycle about a month back and up to that it was all natural. My advice is for you to eat as much as you can. Drink a protein shake right before bed and right after you workout. Eat high protein meats and if I were you and wanted to gain weight like I did. Eat a half a container of peanut butter every day. That sounds like alot but peanut butter is high calorie and high fat (good fat mainly) and also high protein. It gets old after a while but if you take a spoon full and then chase it with water it is not that bad. Other than that, you need to go to the gym at least 4 times a week and do not do cardio at all. Stay away from those bullshit machines and go to the dumbbells. Dumbbells are your mass builders and will get you where you want to be way quicker than barbells or machines. So in your case I would save the money on supplements and just get maybe some protein powder, alot of peanut butter,and alot of food. Food is the most anabolic substance out there and once you start eating more you will gain more muscle. Let me know if you need anymore help - Bomb
