I have a whey protein which is 90 % pure and I recently aquired a bucket of Micellar casein and Whey blend at 80% Micellar casein and 20 % whey.
I was thinking I dont need both and in the future was thinking of sticking with the micellar and whey blend for post work out and bedtime shakes.
Would this be the better choice or is there a place for whey only and a place for micellar and whey?
