im wondering which type of test to use for a first time cycle. i have read that test e or test c is usually used for 1st timers. however i would rather use test prop as i've heard it kicks in much faster but im not sure if that is advisable for someone who's never done test before?
is it true that a 8wk cycle of test prop will yield the same gains as a 12 wk cycle of test e? or have i been misinformed?
