Hello everyone,

I thought to ask everyone what brand of whey protein are you using.
I have few of them but I want to know the best one.
Here are some of the names:-
Solid Muscle
AllMax Isoflex
AllMax IsoNatural
XF
MGN
Nutrilite
GNC
ON

Looking for best replies.
Cheers

I like optimum nutrition. You can get it at a decent price on bb.com and it dissolves very well

Whey protein is best when ONLY used post work out? To me whey is whey. I usually just grab a 2lb tub at the grocery and it will last several months. Don't worry so much about getting the best whey protein. Instead, work on finding better foods to eat throughout the day. Your digestive system will thank you for that.

Optimum is good & a highly recommended brand everywhere on the internet, I usually have one in the morning with breakfast and just before I head to the gym.

Isolate is the best, to compare bands look at the weight of the serving and how much protein is in it. NOW brand has 25g of protein and the serving weight is 28g awesome ratio.

Egg Albumin is the best protein. Whey is by product sold to nutrition companies so idiots like us make them rich.

Whey protein is a waste by product that is created in the cheese manufacturing process. Remember the nursery rhyme of Little Miss Muffet, who sat on her tuffet, eating her curds and whey? Many years ago dairy***8217;s couldn***8217;t get rid of their whey protein waste product. It was a costly business disposing of unwanted whey. And remember, for all these years, plenty of bodybuilders and athletes were developing awe inspiring superb quality ripped muscular physiques without ingesting religiously timed waste cheese product such as whey protein!

The largest industry that now swallows up the massive reserves of whey protein powder are the baby food market, since whey protein powder, is a great, cheap, protein powder that can easy be used in the baby food formulation to keep cost down and produce a reasonable quality milk protein substitute for infants.

Certain black hat marketers and manufacturers in the sports nutitional industry liked the idea of getting into the massive ***8216;whey protein***8217; marketing myth, as they found they were easily able to convince susceptible young athletes and bodybuilders that they needed whey protein shakes in order to build muscle tissue. Without your daily consumption of 3 ***8211; 4 x 50gram servings of whey powder you will surely not add on a single pound. In fact they preached that unless you could buy their expensive brand whey protein shake every month there was probably actually not much point in even attending the gym and working out.

I prefer egg protein to whey also, but its just hard to find a good product. There are so many whey products out that it just dominates the protein powder industry. Trying to find a good protein supplement other than whey or casein is not easy. I bought a good egg protein powder online last year. It tasted great, mixed well, and wasn't too expensive. Now, it's no longer made. I wonder why.

I use the one by Healthy 'n Fit.
