i try to keep track of p/c/f but i know im not EXACT. currently bulking and trying to get in roughly 4k... 250-300p, 400c, and 75f. anyone else just try and get roughly close to their macros, or does everyone keep track of every last one?

I use 3J, so I just do whatever he tells me. Macro's are broken down on a daily basis.

So, to answer your question, I am not counting calories.

I eat pretty much the same shit all the time so really don't have to, imo countings cal and macros in such a precise manner is more important during cutting

Same here. I know about what my daily calorie intake is and mac breakdown. I don't worry too much about it though except making sure I get in enough calories. Bulking now and I will eat cheat meals periodically to ger more calories in. I'm often force feeding myself as it is hard to eat over 5000 calories a day.

i dont count them i just eat like a horse all day long. im not a professional BB so i dont see the point in keeping up with all that, i still eat healthy and everything im suppose to eat so keep a good body but just dont see y ppl that are not BB's count all that stuff. my deal is eat realllt healthy and eat ALOT. only thing id say i count is to make sure im getting in enough protein.

counting calories is half the battle..

so unless your like TR and have a nutritionist doing it for you, you need to be doing it for yourself

^^This...

Calories are a unit of energy - whether you're bulking or cutting it's all about energy in versus energy out. IMO if you want to do your best possible you HAVE to count calories.

Plus since I'm a physiologist I can't help but treat my body like a science experiment :D

Just watch out for any gass explotions along the way haha!
