Why am I so tired all the time?

I am banned!
I'm a 21 year old male, 6'0, 160ish pounds, 12-15% bf. I feel so tired, sluggish, and irritated all the time. I eat pretty healthy, avoid processed foods whenever I can, I workout up to 4 times a week, so why do I still feel like this?

I will be getting a blood test done this week. What should I look out for?

Get the Hormone Panel for Males and Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online. That panel has what you need. Also consider having a sleep study done. Sleep apnea for example can really mess you up.

Also look at your lifestyle. Hours of sleep. Alcohol consumption. Diet. Stress. And so on. And ask yourself whether or not you might be depressed.

Do u suffer from anxiety, OCD, depression?

How much are u eating?
How much carbs?
What are ur workouts like?

Why would I pay close to 200 for a hormone test when I can go to my doctor's and ask for a blood test? You might be confused because this is on a steroid forum, and you might be thinking it's cause I've used roids but I haven't. Never been on a cycle. I've been like this forever. Also, I'm not depressed or stressed at all.

I know about all these things and I don't think I'm lacking anywhere. I try and lead a very well rounded life.

I know full well you haven't used AAS.

Go to your doctor's office and ask for the same labs to be run. I don't care where you get it done. Now you know what labs to ask for. Maybe you will pay less through insurance -- maybe not. Either way, mommy and daddy are paying so what does it matter to you?

No need to be an asshole about it.

Bro we are trying to help believe it or not
You may think u have it down but maybe not
I thought I did and I didn't and still don't
You learn everyday and can Improve everyday when u realize this.

Good luck man. Keep an open mind some guys here can help and some just troll
Take it with a grain of salt and move on and look for good advice

Get your bloodtest. But I think that have no hormones troubles. You have a trouble with the self-determination in you life. Do you know what are you expecting from your life? Do you have your goals? dreams? and so on. I think that great majority of people are doing everyday routine without any special needs and wishes. And the matter is in their mind nor in their hormone statuses or health.

Talk to your doctor about this issue. They hear this all the time and it often ends up being depression. Good luck

One of the most common medical reasons for feeling constantly run down is iron deficiency anaemia. It affects around one in 20 men and post-menopausal women, but may be even more common in women who are still having periods.

What do you mean by eating pretty heathy ? What is your diet like? Are you partaking of any thc? how much sun are you getting?

Do you drink coffee or energy drinks?

Caffeine personally gives me anxiety, and paradoxically makes me feel sluggish and run down... Just some food for thought.

I used to be the same way when I was in high school, and I can say from my experience that not really doing much and not being active is the very thing that made me /not/ want to be active and made me tired all the time. Try having some things planned to do after school, it can be anything like exercising, cooking, going out with friends, anything really, whatever floats your boat. You may have to force yourself to do these things at first but eventually you'll adjust and hopefully have lots of energy to continue doing them. Hope this helped. (:

I began TRT primarily because of chronic fatigue. TRT helped some but I also found out that I'm hypoglycemic. Regular snacking does the trick.

There are more reasons then you could imagine why you might feel tired.

Caffeine
A.D.D.
Mental
Depression
hormonal
respiratory
smoking
thyroid
this is almost endless

Visiting your primary will result in prescribed bloods on the spot. You've been given good information.
