Why does it take months for Test Cypionate to kick in?

Hello. I searched everywhere I could not find the answer. Anyhow, im on TRT using Test Cypionate. My Doc and everywhere I read says it takes 4-6 weeks to see results but its fully in your blood stream within 48 hours. My question is why does it take 4+ weeks to "work" if its in your blood stream? What else does it need to do in your body for it to be considered functional? I though once something is in your blood stream it should have an effect right away. Anyhow, let me know what you guys think about this.

The ester controls how much is released into your blood stream. It isn't all released at once; thus why you don't need to be on an IV drip. You need to build up enough testosterone in your body (intramuscular or subcutaneous) so that when it is released into your blood stream it is at high enough of a level to make you feel good.

I guess what you need to remember is that you are not injecting the testosterone directly into your blood stream. So you need to think about how it gets there.

Ahh... I get an idea of what you are saying. So that would explain why the underarm ones have to be taken daily compared to the weekly injections. Makes plenty of sense. I knew I would get the answer here. You guys are truly the best. Thanks bro!
