8-10iu has always been an average dosage for bodybuilding purposes... the problem is that many people have been mislead to believe they can achieve lean muscle growth and substantial fat loss from 2-4iu (which is complete and utter bullshit). 2-4iu is good dosage for a woman over 40 to tighten skin, improve quality of sleep and reduce bf%... for males it will do very little if anything, no matter how high quality of gh u think u might have
bodybuilders have been running 20iu's or more everyday for 20 years now...
2-4ius is also a way for people that can't afford to run a real dosage to convince themselves they are running the same compounds as the pros
20ius! So is that the recipe to get huge and a distinctive gut? Using that much would cost a fortune. Gh isn't really a poor mans thing. So that's why a lot of ppl run 2-4ius. What about seros? Should it be taken at 10ius minimum? So much different opinoins. Who to believe

You don't -need- 10iu of seros. Even for a male you'd notice a difference on 2-4iu.
But china is right, bodybuilding isn't a poor man's sport...the guys with thin skin, 8% or lower bf year round (during off season bulking) and sleep like babies on 1500mg tren/wk are likely on ten times that much.

don't waste your time with such little dosage of gh... don't believe the hype about this brand and that brand... nearly 100% of ALL gh comes from China in raw form from 2 or 3 manufacturers, that's it...
and as for your comment about the gut... the bigger midsections of bodybuilders over the last 20 years has more to do with increased caloric intake and actually very little to do with excessive gh use. Bodybuilders now routinely ingest 8-10k calories per day, that just didn't happen in the 70's, 80's, combine that with more drug use and it's common for guys to compete at 275+
