Im able to do 10 reps easily with pull ups with wide grip....what would be best for me? should i do weighted pull ups...or is it better to just widen the grip more?
i feel that the wider the grip is, the more hard it is..
Also...is it true that the wider the grip, the more your lats comes in play?
