Long time lurker. Have never run a cycle before. Current stats are 42 yo 6'3. 245 lbs 21% bf. Have lost over 100 lbs the last year and a half. Tdee is 3100 cals, I eat around 2000 a day. Eat high protein, low carb/ fat diet. All my cals come from meats , veggies nuts, and fruits, egg whites and some dairy. No breads, snacks, or processed foods. I do cardio 4 times a week, and a HIT style weight program 4 days a week. Problem is, fat loss has come to a crawl. Thinking of running a 12 week cycle to get me to my goal of 15% bf. I know that running a cycle at 21% bf is not recommended due to estrogen sides. I will be running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and have e levels checked every 3 weeks. Diet will remain clean, maybe bump it up to 2500 cals a day. Workout will also remain the same, maybe add 15 min to my cardio. Cycle plan is
