This year's Windsor Cup is being held on Saturday, October 18th at the Serbian community Centre in Windsor. Jamor Enterprises is promoting the show this year.
We don't yet know the Guest poser for the show yet.
They have also added The Sportlab Women's Strength Extavaganza as well to the show. For the Strength Contest, there will be a Squat your bodyweight on bar for max reps. There will also be a Bench Press 60% of your bodyweight for max reps as well. The total max reps wins! The contest is open to all females in attendance!
