My cycle:
600mg of test e a week for 12 weeks
Still weigh around 200 lbs so no weight gain yet.
4 weeks in and the strength gains are unreal already.
I had hit a plateau on bench for the last 6 months at 185, (Not the greatest) but I just did 225 today.
Deadlift is up from 405 to 490
Squat is up from 225 to 265 (been staying lighter to avoid injuring my knee again)
I can hammer curl 75s and bicep curl 65s. And the vascularity in my arms is insane when I have a pump.
Weighted pull-ups are up from 90 pounds to 115!
First time im noticing strength gains. Looking forward to the next 8 weeks!
