Winstrol & Anxiety

Hi there

New to this site and am seeking some advice.

I am considering doing a course of Winstrol to cut me up for this summer, but am worried that it may have some very negative effects on my anxiety / stress levels.

I am a 30yr old male, physically quite fit, train several times a week and am weighing in at only 12st 7lbs ... I just want to get extra lean for the summer.

Has anyone experienced excessive anxiety / stress levels when using Winstrol???
FYI I only intend to jab 2 - 3 RU every 3 - 5 days .... I am also taking Citalopram (Celexa) 10mg for my anxiety. I take no other medication .. My diet is sound and my protein intake is good also.

If you've got this far, thanks for taking the time to read this.

i don't know about any psych sides from taking winstrol. I have taken it before and felt just fine.
In your case, i would be more cautious about using central nervous system and peripheral stimulants like T3 and clenbuterol.

Also stay away from tren and equipoise too. I found these to increase anxiety badly. Also not sure what ru means, mls maybe, but stanazol/winstrol needs to shot every day or at least eod due to it's short half life of ester. Also painful injections bro. If ur prone to anxiety then and ur goal is to just rip up then clen and t3 are out too. IMO bro I think ur best bet would to be test p stacked with either or all,masteron/primo/anavar and get that diet spot on also ur cardio to. Together these will give u the results ur after.

i don't think this may increase your anxiety level. As for not in my case though not too much anxiety i was facing but it was no prob to take winstrol.steroidology.com/forum/images/smilies/elephant.gif

Hi Wykie,
Never experienced excessive anxiety or stress levels while using Winstrol but have some tips for you to deal with anxiety. Do light exercises and practice yoga regularly, manage stress and try not to worry. Talk with your friends and family members and share your problems with them. Increase your water intake, watch what you eat and if you don't eat well take multivitamins regularly. Avoid alcohol, smoking and other stimulant and have proper sleep daily.
