Winstrol contains Lactose? Is that why I'm bloated?

Started Winstrol (winny) 10mg caps, extremely bloated and gassy, wondering if anyone else has heard of this? Maybe it's something I ate. I posted another forum asking for advice on what to eat and how much water, and how many weeks I should cycle. Hoping to talk to another woman with experience with Winstrol (winny).

Hi Jen welcome to Ology :)

Everyone reacts different to different compounds, but winstrol should not cause "bloating" maybe is not "legit" winstrol..
How long ago did u start this cycle ? DId u start at 10mg ?
and how's your diet (sodium intake) & are u drinking plenty of water ? This are all factors that could cause some bloating.

What are your stats & goals with this cycle ? If you are asking for advise on what to eat, etc then u should reconsider running a cycle, for any cycle to be effective you need to have a solid diet/training foundation.. Once u have these two factors in place & enough training experience u can look into AAS for an extra edge...

Hey, Thanks for the reply~ I am 5;3, weigh 115 ...I've been lifting 5 days a week for over 3 years. I know how to eat clean and hi protein, I fluctuate in weight pretty easily. I am very small naturally but I also love to eat. LOL. my concern was coming off the holiday season, i am about 10 lbs overweight. I am getting my diet back to protein drinks, chicken, oats, etc, but it is the hardest part for me. I also struggle with getting in enough water but I always make myself do it and by spring I'm very thin. The problem is my body won't build and cut like I want it to. I retain water easily and bloat easily.
I started 10 mg tabs only 3 days ago. i took 5 mg this morning and will take 5 mg tonight and that will be a total of 4 days in. So i know it's early, but I wondered if my diet should stay as strict as always and water would be same. and if i should still do 30 min on stairstepper daily......Just not familiar with how Winstrol (winny) effects what I have already been doing. I'm honestly hoping the Winstrol (winny) helps cut this fat off from christmas season. lol...but I'm willing to work hard either way~ THANKS AGAIN MRS P
 
Hey! The only thing that will cut the fat is proper diet and exercise. Taking steroids when you don't have other things ready and in place isn't very clever. You're putting hormones into your system to do for you what eating a sensible diet and training right will do. The ironic thing is, for you to see the results you want, you have to train and diet properly anyway!!

Write up your daily diet and exercise regime maybe we can help tweak it. I don't think you're ready to cycle.

I do 30 minutes of cardio 5 days per week, I train with weights, doing 1-2 muscle groups per day, I alternate HIIT and stairstepper, I am a personal trainer and zumba instructor, so i don't do as much cardio on nights of classes. My diet is protein drink, mixed with water only and a banana, or oatmeal with stevia and cinnamon for breakfast, sometimes eggwhite thrown in, then chicken plain with a piece of sweet potatoes or brown rice, broccoli, or zuccini, spinach with extra virgin olive oil, and balsalmic vinagar and pepper, sometimes I do ground turkey and one of the vegg and rice, oats, or sweet pot are my favorite, with water only......I switch this up a little sometimes but I know how to eat when I'm being strict which is now. ...back on it again! I eat on the nose every 3 hours with my last meal being another protein drink (protein isolates, 25 mg of protein, 5 gr carbs).......THANKS AGAIN LADIES I hope this Winstrol (winny) gives me the nudge I need this season.
